Health Startup AlteaCare Claims Medical Data and User Personal Data Protected

AlteaCare is company startup a health startup with health services that connect patients with doctors who work in hospitals.
This AlteaCare health startup service allows users to conduct remote treatment or telemedicine with doctors on duty in hospitals.
AlteaCare was first launched in September 2021.
Even though it is less than 1 year old, AlteaCare has partnered with 17 hospitals and its application has been downloaded by more than 100 thousand users.
The large number of users and partners makes AlteaCare not only focused on providing optimal services but also focusing on providing protection for medical data and users' personal data.
COO and Co-Founder of AlteaCare, William Suryawan said that AlteaCare does not store user medical data at all.
The user's medical data is only stored in the hospital in accordance with government regulations.
"We certainly do not store medical data. Patient medical data is only stored in hospitals in accordance with government regulations," said William Suryawan, Co-Founder of AlteaCare to the Risdosagalavsjilong team.
Then, for personal data of users, William said that AlteaCare follows Security Guard from AWS.
William revealed, AlteaCare relies on AWS as the guardian of security data for important reasons.
