The initial public offering (IPO) of PT Mandiri Mineral Perkasa Tbk (NPII) is now canceled .
This is as monitored on the e-ipo.co.id page when accessed on Monday (20/6/2022) at around 09.00 WIB.
There has been no further information regarding the change in status of the canceled .
Previously, the IPO status of PT Hoffmen Cleanindo Tbk (KING) also changed to canceled . It is known that Hoffmen delayed the IPO.
"Based on a letter submitted by PT Hoffmen Cleanindo Tbk (prospective Listed Company) dated June 6, 2022 to the Exchange, the company said that it would postpone its initial public offering," said Director of Corporate Valuation of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) I Gede Nyoman Yetna to reporters, Tuesday (7/6/2022).
Meanwhile, Mandiri Mineral Perkasa had planned to hold an initial public offering or IPO. The company plans to release a maximum of 950 million ordinary shares or a maximum of 0.73% of the issued and paid-up capital after the IPO with a nominal value of Rp 2 per share.
The price offered to the public for each share ranges from Rp 132-142 so that the total number of public offerings is around Rp 125.4-134.9 billion. Acting as the implementing underwriters for the issuance of securities are PT Victoria Sekuritas Indonesia and PT Surya Fajar Sekuritas.
Simultaneously with this public offering, NPII issues a maximum of 4.75 billion series I warrants, or equivalent to a maximum of 3.65% of the paid-up capital at the time the registration statement for the initial public offering is submitted. Each new share resulting from the public offering is attached to five Series I warrants in which each Series I warrant can be exchanged for one common share on behalf of.
PT Mandiri Mineral Perkasa Tbk is a company engaged in integrated nickel contractor services ( end to end services ), including nickel potential exploration services, resource and reserve estimation, mine design and mine planning, nickel production, QAQC for production with facilities laboratory and preparation, sales arrangements for nickel ore products to delivery services to nickel smelters, as well as security and safety in the mining environment, and quality control in several nickel ore projects.
