Create a Shopee Account First

- Open the Shopee app or Shopee site
- Click Register
- Enter an active phone number (a number that has not been registered with Shopee before)
- Check SMS and you will get a verification code
- Enter the verification code in the column provided, click continue

Complete Store Profile
If you have already created an account, the next step is to complete your store profile. You can do this in the application or on the Shopee site itself. Here are the steps:

- Open seller center, select "store profile"

- Via the seller center: Enter the seller center, select the "my delivery service" menu, then select the delivery service you want
- Via the Shopee app: Open the Shopee app, select your account menu and click “my store”. Select the "my delivery service" menu and then select the delivery service you want
How to choose a product level delivery service
- Via Seller Centre: Go to seller centre, select “my products”. Select the product you want to change the delivery service for. If you have selected the shipping service you want.
- Via the Shopee app: Select your account menu in the app, go to the “my store” menu. Select “sales assistant” > “My products” > select the product you want to change the delivery service for. If you have clicked "save"
Add bank account

- Select the "bank account" menu in the seller center or "Seller balance settings" in the Shopee application

1. Register for the XTRA Free Shipping program
There are several conditions that you must meet to register for this program:
- The store has at least 1 active product with a minimum stock of 1
- The store is still accepting orders within the last 7 days
- The shop is active and does not activate the holiday shop feature
- The store has activated one of the delivery services: Shopee Express Standard, Shopee Express Sameday, SiCepat REG, J&T Express, Ninja Express
- Shop penalty points cannot be more than 3
- The store has no awkward order history
If your store has met the requirements above, here are the steps to register for the XTRA Free Shipping program:
- Enter the Shopee app
- Select the "Free Shipping XTRA" menu
- Select the "All Free Shipping" menu
- Click "register now"
- Enter your KTP number, photo e-KTP, and selfie photo holding e-KTP
