Bukalapak Boss (BUKA) Buys Company Shares at Rp 300

Director of PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) Teddy Nuryanto Oetomo bought 1.8 million shares of the company on June 9, 2022 at a price of Rp 300 per share.
Thus, the purchase price of the shares reached Rp 540 million.
The number of BUKA shares owned by Teddy prior to this transaction was 156,990,392 shares or 0.1523%. After the transaction, the number of shares held by Teddy was 158,790,392 shares or 0.154% with direct ownership.
"The purpose of the investment transaction," said VP Corporate Secretary Bukalapak Perdana Arning Saputro in an information disclosure, Monday (13/6/2022).
As for trading session I, Monday (13/6/2022), BUKA's shares closed at Rp 268 or fell 4.29%. In the regular market, 222.8 million BUKA shares were traded, with transactions of Rp. 60.4 billion, and a frequency of 6,996 times.
