A global transportation and logistics company based in Peraincis, Geodis has completed its acquisition of Keppel Logistics after obtaining regulatory approval. This transaction strengthens Geodis' Contract Logistics footprint and e-Commerce fulfillment services in Asia Pacific, particularly in Singapore.
Singapore-based Keppel Logistics is a Contract Logistics specialist with nearly 500 employees. Keppel Logistics, which is active throughout Asia Pacific and is ranked among the top 5 players in contract logistics in Singapore, operates warehouses with approximately 200,000 m2 of space throughout Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, which will complement Geodis' existing high-tech facilities, including chemical storage, ambient temperature, and controlled temperature.

This acquisition will provide Geodis customers with end-to-end logistics solutions, from warehousing to last-mile delivery, as well as proprietary software centralized inventory across channels to address short fulfillment lead times, handle high order volumes during peak seasons, and improve their strategy to enter the market.
