tSurvey.id is a digital survey platform that offers solutions for all customer research needs, both in the academic, commercial, cross-industry, social and other research needs broadly. 

This service is the result of business incubation from Telkomsel's Data Solution Group business unit, so the capabilities of the tSurvey.id platform have been enriched by telco data insight.

So tSurvey.id has several advantages, such as a wide range of respondents from hundreds of millions of Telkomsel subscribers, the respondent targeting feature with accurate profiles, faster results output, and user friendly survey management features.

Director of Planning and Transformation Telkomsel Wong Soon Nam said, "The presence of tSurvey.id is also to facilitate various stakeholders, both academics, professionals, non-governmental organizations, and business actors across industrial sectors, in opening more opportunities for progress by encouraging data-based decision making. ."

tSurvey.id is here as a result of the incubation program of the internal Telkomsel InnoXtion program (now Telkomsel TINC Polaris). 

The goal is to support the creation of a data-driven decision-making culture, both in academic, commercial, social, and other research purposes broadly.

In December 2021, tSurvey.id began to be used commercially and has served the market research needs of a number of companies in various industrial sectors.

How to Create Your Own Survey on tSurvey

Telkomsel customers can make their own survey according to their needs.

The rate is set from Rp. 125 thousand per complete survey, depending on the number of respondents required.

Users also do not need to pay if the survey data is not received.

Survey questions are sent to Telkomsel customers via SMS.

Of course there are prizes for survey participants, such as LinkAja balance, e-Money or Telkomsel credit.

customers can make their own freely as they wish, but there is moderation from the tSurvey platform in terms of the questions asked, for example lest there be questions that can cause conflicts such as SARA (Ethnicity, Religion and Race).

The results of the tSurvey survey need to be processed by themselves and become the full property of the user.

To start a survey at tsurvey.id, customers need to register and then browse through the menu that is already available to create a survey.

Users can design multiple-choice answers or open-ended questions (essays) so that respondents can fill in their own.
