Xiaomi boss reveals plans after hooking up with Leica, the first cellphone launches in July

The collaboration between Xiaomi and Leica is predicted to bring a new innovation to smartphone cameras.
Founder and CEO of Xiaomi, Lei Jun, said that his party will offer something impressive in mobile imaging .

In his official statement, the Xiaomi boss also revealed plans after the Leica deal which is likely to be shown through the first cellphone that will launch in July 2022.
“This will be a very big topic,” said Lei Jun.
"In July, our first joint will be launched," he added.
Not only that, Lei Jun also predicts that there will be an improvement in the image of the smartphone camera when the first HP Xiaomi X Leica is launched to the public.
He said that so far there are still many people who think that smartphone cameras still have shortcomings when taking pictures at night.
And this problem is claimed to have been thought of by Xiaomi and Leica to be repaired immediately and can later be obtained in the latest HP series.
Not Just an Old Company
The Xiaomi boss stated that the collaboration with Leica does not only look at the Leica experience that is around 100 years old.
Lei Jun said that Xiaomi X Leica is a form of deep collaboration and can produce new innovations in the smartphone industry.
Xiaomi also claims that currently its team and Leica already have a new division located in China and Germany.
"Leica also sent several engineers to Beijing to work side by side with Xiaomi engineers," said Lei Jun.
With this scheme, Lei Jun admitted that the collaboration process between Xiaomi and Leica had exceeded expectations.
The R&D process for the first HP Xiaomi X Leica , which launched in July, has also reached the stage of refinement.
The combination of Xiaomi and Leica also plans to provide a new experience for photography lovers who want to learn more easily through smartphones.
"I believe that this July, our first joint venture (Xiaomi X Leica) will really happen," said Lei Jun.
