Netizens Say Tri Slow Internet Network, This is IOH's Word

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) gave an explanation about Tri's internet network disruption that netizens complained about making slow connections.
The internet network from Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH), especially Tri trending on Twitter social media after netizens or netizens compactly complained about disturbances.
Most service users complain that they cannot access the internet, even though they still have sufficient quota.
In fact, some of them claimed to have received a notification saying their quota had run out. Then, there are several other users who complain that internet access is very slow.
In response, IOH SVP-Head of Corporate Communications Steve Saerang apologized for the problem and confirmed that currently all Tri digital telecommunication services have returned to normal.
"We convey that all Tri digital telecommunication services have returned to normal," said Steven, Tuesday (28/6/2022).
Even so, he urges customers to change the network to airplane mode or restart the handset if they are still having problems.
"As our appreciation, affected customers will get a bonus of 1GB of data quota which can be used today to play online games, stream favorite music and movies, and browse," he added.
Steven added that today's disruption occurred because there were technical problems which later affected some of Tri's customers in Central Java, East Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
